Edward Duffy joined Baker Botts as a partner in its litigation department and antitrust practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Duffy represents clients in complex antitrust matters across industries including airlines, financial services, power generation, oilfield services, travel management, shipping, and agriculture, the firm said.
He joins from the Justice Department, where he was senior litigation counsel in the antitrust division.
