Mona Dajani has joined Baker Botts as a partner in New York, the firm said Monday.
She will serve as global co-chair of energy infrastructure and hydrogen and co-chair of the energy sector, according to Baker Botts.
Dajani has represented blue-chip clients and led energy, sustainability, and infrastructure deals. She has experience with syndicated loan and debt capital markets transactions, sustainable finance, ESG, water and transportation projects, and arranging capital for energy and infrastructure companies, Baker Botts said.
She served as global head of renewables, global head of energy and infrastructure (projects), head of the hydrogen and ammonia practice (Americas), and co-head of the US energy team at Shearman & Sterling.
