Baker Botts Recruits Sanjay Thapar as Leveraged Finance Partner

Sanjay Thapar joined Baker Botts as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Thapar specializes in structuring and executing complex domestic and international financing transactions across industries. He represents clients in liability management transactions, debt restructurings, workouts, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings, the firm said.
