Chao “Wendy” Wang has joined Baker Botts as a partner in its intellectual property department in the firm’s Palo Alto, California office, the firm said Thursday.
Wang will focus her practice on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters, and represents US and international clients, including those in China and Taiwan in patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright cases.
She has represented clients in industries that have included video streaming and entertainment, semiconductors, telecommunications, and medical devices.
She joins from Perkins Coie.
