Baker Botts Adds White & Case Aviation Finance Partner in Dubai

Zahra Knapper Al-Bahrani has joined Baker Botts as a partner in the corporate practice, based in Dubai, the firm announced Tuesday.

Knapper advises airlines, lessors, banks, funds and export credit agencies on complex cross-border financings and structured transactions across the aviation sector. She has led high-value transactions including ECA-backed aircraft financings, portfolio acquisitions, JOLCO structures, restructurings, leasing and aviation-related M&A, the firm said.

She is joined by Senior Associate Rishi Raheja and Associate Torridon Linskaill, both based in London. The team joins from White & Case.
