Rebecca Seidl joined Baker Botts as a partner in the Houston office and leader of the firm’s critical minerals and metals subsector, the firm announced Tuesday.
Seidl’s practice focuses on stock acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, strategic joint ventures, as well as advising clients on energy and mining project development investments, the firm said.
She joins from Mayer Brown.
