Baker Botts Adds New York Partners From Paul Weiss, McDermott

Baker Botts hired Ron Aizen and Fritz Lark as partners in its New York office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Aizen, who joins from Paul Weiss, brings deep experience in executive compensation, benefits, and transactional tax strategy, advising public and private companies, PE sponsors, and boards on the full range of compensation and incentive structures. Lark, who joins from McDermott Will & Schulte, focuses on public company and private equity mergers and acquisitions, including navigating complex deal structures.
