Baker Botts Adds McRoberts as Financial Restructuring Partner

Travis McRoberts has joined Baker Botts as a financial restructuring partner in the corporate department in Dallas, the firm said Thursday.

He works on in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings and workouts, representing debtors, official committees, secured and unsecured creditors, ad hoc groups, acquirers of distressed assets, and post-confirmation trusts, according to Baker Botts.

McRoberts, who focuses on the oil and gas, coal, and healthcare industries, joins from Squire Patton Boggs, Baker Botts said.
