David Applebaum has joined Baker Botts as a partner in the energy litigation practice group in Houston, the firm said Monday.
Applebaum previously served as the head of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s division of investigations, according to Baker Botts.
His practice centers on energy industry enforcement, compliance, internal investigations, audits, litigation, regulatory, and policy matters, said the firm.
