Brian Lee rejoined Baker Botts as a partner in its corporate and emerging companies/venture capital practices in Palo Alto, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lee’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and company representation across the technology sector. He advises portfolio companies on market and capital strategies, M&A opportunities, and operational challenges, the firm said.
He joins from BRV Capital.
