Regina Pearson joined Baker Botts as a partner in its Austin office, the firm announced Monday.
Pearson has worked on energy projects exceeding $50 billion in value across North America, South America, Africa, and Australia, spanning LNG, power, hydrogen, data centers, transition fuels, petrochemicals, and renewables. She advises clients across the full project lifecycle, from front-end engineering and design agreements through EPC contracts, joint ventures, and the commercial structures that carry projects from concept to operations.
Pearson joins from Greenberg Traurig.
