Alexander Hendry has joined Baker Botts as a partner in the corporate department in the Dubai office, the firm said Monday.
Hendry advises clients on complex corporate and commercial issues in connection to space and satellites, digital infrastructure, enterprise IT, outsourcing, fintech, and payments, according to Baker Botts.
He is experienced with commercial contracts in defense, entertainment, sports, media, intellectual property, technology regulatory compliance, and data privacy, said the firm.
He joins from Latham & Watkins in Dubai.
