Aura Digital Security Hires Former Hershey, Wilmer Lawyer (1)

Damien Atkins, a former Hershey Co. counsel who left earlier this year to join WilmerHale, has taken job at Aura, a digital security provider.

Atkins will be general counsel and chief legal officer for the Burlington, Mass.-based company that helps consumers protect their identities, online accounts and devices.

“Aura is entering its next phase of growth, which brings a new set of complex legal and regulatory challenges,” said Hari Ravichandran, the company’s founder and CEO.
