Ashurst Hires Grey as Partner in London Corporate Practice

Chris Grey will join Ashurst LLP as a partner in the corporate practice in London in 2024, the law firm said Wednesday.

Grey provides advice on M&A transactions in the technology and digital infrastructure sectors, according to Ashurst. He has worked with companies, boards, and investors in the UK and France on transactions.

He advises investors on complex and cross-border M&A, financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters, Ashurst said.
