Ashurst Appoints Judith Seddon White Collar Partner in London

Judith Seddon has joined Ashurst, a white collar crime and investigations practitioner, as a partner in London, the firm said Tuesday.

Seddon, who joins from Dechert, represents clients on matters relating to financial and corporate crime as well as in regulatory, criminal, and internal investigations and enforcement proceedings, according to Ashurst.

She also advises clients in relation to complex SFO and FCA investigations and acts on cross-border investigations brought by international prosecuting authorities, Ashurst said.
