Nick Allen has joined Ashurst as a partner in the global markets practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Allen advises banks, asset managers, and hedge funds on derivatives and financial products transactions. He has particular experience in structured notes and related platform issues as well as equity, index, rate, commodity, and currency derivatives, according to Ashurst.
He joins from Fried Frank. Andrea Stanovic and Juan Franco, financial services attorneys, join the firm with him, Ashurst said.
