Melissa George has joined Ashfords as a restructuring and insolvency partner in London, the firm said Wednesday.
George advises financial stakeholders on business disposals and acquisitions, asset realization and preservation, security, claims against directors in breach of duty, antecedent transactions, and disqualification proceedings, according to Ashfords.
She was a partner in the restructuring and turnaround practice at Thrings, Ashfords said.
