Lightspark Group Inc., a Bitcoin payments company formed this year by former Meta Platforms Inc. executive David Marcus, has hired two new lawyers to build out its in-house legal team during a challenging time for decentralized finance.
Jai Massari, a financial technology and financial institutions partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell in Washington, has joined Lightspark as chief legal officer.
