Todd Boudreau joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in its corporate and finance practice in Boston, the firm said Tuesday.
Boudreau advises on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions for private equity sponsors, limited partners, and strategic companies including both domestic and cross-border transactions, the firm said.
He also frequently advises institutional investors and fund managers on investments in emerging funds, single investor funds, secondary transactions, continuation funds, and direct investments, the firm said.
