Arnold & Porter Taps Eun Young Choi as White Collar Partner

Eun Young Choi joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in its white collar defense and investigations and national security practices in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Choi’s practice will focus on advising clients on cyber matters, digital assets, and emerging technologies. She will work with government investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation, particularly as they impact national security, the firm said.

She joins from the Justice Department, where she was deputy assistant attorney general in the national security division and assistant US attorney for the Southern District of New York.
