Lee Cortes has joined Arnold & Porter as a partner with the white collar defense and investigations practice in the New York and Newark, N.J., offices, the firm said Monday.
Cortes held the role of executive assistant US attorney for the District of New Jersey, according to Arnold & Porter.
He also served as chief of the health care fraud unit and deputy chief of the special prosecutions division, Arnold & Porter said.
