Marina Richter has joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in the corporate and finance practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Richter focuses on M&A deals, direct investments, co-investments, and JVs, representing private equity funds, institutional investors, and sellers, according to Arnold & Porter.
She also handles the formation, structuring, and operation of secondary funds, private equity, buyout funds, and venture capital funds, Arnold & Porter said.
