Arnold & Porter Adds Matthew Cudrin as Real Estate Partner

Matthew Cudrin joined Arnold & Porter’s real estate practice as a partner, resident in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Cudrin’s practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate nationwide with a focus in the hospitality, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use sectors, the firm said.

Cudrin represents private equity funds, property owners, developers, investors, and lenders in connection with complex transactions, which include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and developments, Arnold & Porter said.
