Gary Schall joined Arnold & Porter as a partner and co-head of the emerging company and venture capital group in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Schall advises and represents venture capital firms and emerging companies on corporate matters, including formation, governance, financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses on technology-based companies across industries like e-commerce, mobile technologies, biotechnology, and diagnostics, the firm said.
