Arnold & Porter Adds Chicago Bankruptcy Partner Matthew Micheli

Matthew Micheli has joined Arnold & Porter’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice as a partner in Chicago, the firm said Monday.

Micheli has experience in complex restructurings and debt financing, and distressed M&A matters, according to the firm.

He has worked as first-chair on both lender-side and company-side engagements in the capital structure through out-of-court restructurings and in chapter 11 restructurings across the US, the firm said.
