Kenneth E. Sharperson has joined Armstrong Teasdale as chief diversity officer in New York, the firm said Monday.
Sharperson is leading a diverse and inclusive culture in the firm’s talent practices, working on the business strategy, driving inclusion programming and initiatives, and supporting affinity organizations, according to Armstrong Teasdale.
He led the diversity committee of a state bar association and also served as director of diversity, equity, and inclusion at a New Jersey law firm, Armstrong Teasdale said.
