Gregory Omer has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in St. Louis, the firm said Thursday.
Omer focuses on banking and corporate issues such as mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues and applications, interstate banking, and cybersecurity, according to Armstrong Teasdale.
He also served as chief counsel for the Missouri Division of Finance, the state bank regulatory authority, Armstrong Teasdale said.
