Alexander Cohen joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in the securities regulation and financial services practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Cohen handles securities investigations conducted by the SEC and FINRA and high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts. He will focus his practice on clients in the financial services industry and public companies as they navigate investigations, examinations, regulatory challenges and other related business disputes.
He joins from Cozen O’Connor, according to his LinkedIn profile.
