Craig W. Spenner has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a corporate services partner in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Spenner advises clients on ERISA and executive compensation issues, including ERISA plan asset rules, prohibited transaction rules and exemptions, corporate transactions, compensation plans, and employment and separation agreements, according to Armstrong Teasdale.
He will relocate to the St. Louis, Mo., office later in the year, Armstrong Teasdale said.
