ArentFox Schiff Recruits Feinsmith as Partner to Boston Office

Todd Feinsmith has joined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its bankruptcy and financial restructuring practice in the Boston office, the firm said Monday.

Feinsmith represents private equity funds and hedge funds in in distressed acquisitions of companies involved in the technology, transportation, and health care industries, according to ArentFox Schiff.

He advises on issues that arise in distressed transactions such as negotiating debt-for-equity swaps and structuring debtor-in-possession credit facilities, said the firm.
