Nicholas Hoffman joined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its real estate practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Hoffman has led complex real estate financing transactions across the capital stack, representing lenders and investors in multimillion and billion-dollar mortgage, mezzanine, preferred equity, and construction financings for major banks, private equity funds, and REITs. He also advises clients on high-stakes restructurings and workouts, including large-scale portfolio financings and distressed debt matters, with experience guiding stakeholders through sophisticated syndicated, historic tax credit, and PACE-related structures, the firm said.
He joins from Haynes Boone.
