ArentFox Schiff Hires International Trade Partner Chris Skinner

Chris Skinner joined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its international trade and investment practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Skinner advises clients on complex regulatory issues that arise in international transactions, including US export restrictions under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, economic sanctions regulations administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and Export Administration Regulations administered by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the firm said.
