Jena Watson has joined ArentFox Schiff in the real estate and municipal bond practices in the San Francisco office, the firm said Wednesday.
Watson most recently served as senior vice president, associate general counsel and associate corporate secretary at HomeStreet Bank.
She will provide counsel in municipal finance transactions, assist clients in financing, real estate, and other aspects of infrastructure deals, and advise on public-private partnership projects, said ArentFox Schiff.
