ArentFox Schiff Adds Horner as Government Relations Partner

Elizabeth Horner joined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its government relations practice in Washington, the firm announced Dec. 11.

Horner has worked on complex policy changes by negotiating the text of new laws, writing regulatory comments, and serving as counsel in challenges to regulations before the Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, the firm said. She has handled environmental regulation and permitting matters with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and the Safe Drinking Water Act.
