Ardent Leisure Says Main Event Sale Gets US Antitrust Clearance

Ardent Leisure says the HSR Act waiting period has expired and therefore US antitrust clearance for Dave & Buster’s acquisition of Main Event has been obtained.

• Ardent Leisure will convene a meeting of shareholders to vote on the transaction
• NOTE: Dave & Buster’s Buys Main Event From Ardent for $835 Million

• Ardent Leisure Group Ltd. fell 4.4% to A$1.21 as of last close
• Dave & Buster’s Entertainment Inc. fell 6.3% to $36.24 as of last close
