Fast-growing mobile games and marketing company AppLovin Corp. has added to its ranks a half-dozen new in-house lawyers and top legal and business consultants two months after announcing its acquisition of their former employer.
Victoria “Tory” Valenzuela, who spent the past five years as chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Machine Zone Inc., was one of four new executives announced July 7 by AppLovin. Valenzuela is the only lawyer in that group, which also comprised Deepak Gupta, a former chief revenue officer at Machine Zone who has joined AppLovin in the same capacity.
