Kimberly Warnica joined APA Corporation as its executive vice president and chief legal officer, the company announced Monday.
She joins from Marathon Oil Corporation, where she was executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary.
The company also announced Clay Bretches, executive vice president of operations, will retire July 1.
