A researcher expanded her copyright litigation campaign against defense attorneys who represented clients in cases stemming from the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, filing another federal lawsuit accusing an attorney of using jury pool research prepared for other defendants without permission.
Lindsay Olson, owner of In Lux Research, accused attorney Aubrey Webb of copying her report and using it to defend Gabriel Garcia in a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
