Animal Health Firm Hires Ex-Big Law Partner, Blockchain Counsel

Covetrus Inc., an animal health services and technology company, hired Jamey Seely as general counsel.

Seely makes the move after five months as president and general counsel at Integra Inc., a Denver-based blockchain technology company she joined in April after nearly three years as legal chief for power transmission equipment manufacturer Gates Industrial Corp. PLC.

At Covetrus, Seely takes over from former general counsel Erin Brennan Powers, who joined the Portland, Maine-based company a year ago through its merger with Vets First Choice LLC.
