Andrew Bauer Joins Wiggin and Dana in NY Corporate Practice

Andrew Bauer joined Wiggin and Dana as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bauer will serve as outside general counsel to companies in the fintech, artificial intelligence, and broader technology and life sciences sectors. His practice includes advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and internal investigations, the firm said.
