Ambipar’s Board Cancels EGM, Local Notes Issuance

The Board of Directors meeting, on October 8, decided to cancel the extraordinary general meeting and the 7th local notes issuance, according to the minutes of the meeting published by Ambipar Participacoes e Empreendimentos.

• EGM was originally called for October 10, at 10am
• The 7th issuance of simple local notes, non-convertible into shares, in two tranches, for public distribution, will be cancelled “for now”, according to the document
