Alyse Sagalchik Joins Alston & Bird’s Corporate Team in Chicago

Alyse Sagalchik joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its corporate & business transactions group in Chicago, the firm saidThursday.

Sagalchik represents private and public companies in initial and follow-on public offerings, equity and debt placements, and going-private transactions. She guides investment banks, as well as Canadian and other non-U.S. issuers, on multijurisdictional capital-raising matters, U.S. registrations, and stock exchange listing requirements, the firm said.

Sagalchik previously was at Katten Muchin Rosenman, according to her LinkedIn profile.
