Alston Signs Amir Ghaffari to Its Arbitration Practice in London

Amir Ghaffari has joined Alston & Bird as a partner with the firm’s international arbitration and dispute resolution team in London, the firm said Monday.

Ghaffari counsels multinational corporations, state-owned entities, financial institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex international commercial and construction arbitration matters, according to Alston.

His clients include owners and developers, EPC and EPCM contractors, engineers, major equipment suppliers, and insurers, the firm said.

Julia-Didon Cayre, an incoming counsel, advises clients on commercial proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions.
