Peter Fritz has joined Alston & Bird as a partner in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Fritz focuses on M&A for strategic and private equity clients, working on public and private company acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, according to Alston & Bird.
He was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
