Alston & Bird Recruits IP Partner Conduah to Los Angeles Office

Theresa Conduah has joined Alston & Bird as a partner in the intellectual property practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.

Conduah, who rejoins from Haynes & Boone, focuses on trademark prosecution, licensing, enforcement, and counseling, according to Alston & Bird.

She previously served with Alston & Bird in 2007 as an IP litigation associate before focusing on trademark and copyright, said the firm. She also served as IP counsel in the legal department at United Airlines and in a managing counsel role at Toyota North America.
