Alston & Bird Lures Investment Funds Partner in Los Angeles (1)

Emily Stephens joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its investment funds, fund finance, and private credit groups in Los Angeles, the firm announced today.

Stephens advises fund sponsors and asset managers on the structuring, formation, and operation of alternative investment funds, including private equity, credit, venture capital, and real estate energy transition funds. She also represents lenders and borrowers in carry and equity arrangements, fund governance, and fund finance facilities, the firm said.

She joins from Greenberg Traurig and previously held managing director roles at Oaktree Capital Management.
