Michael Zweiback returned to Alston & Bird in Los Angeles as partner in its privacy and data security practice, and its government and internal investigations group, the law firm announced recently.
Zweiback was most recently a partner and co-leader of Arent Fox LLP’s cybersecurity and data protection group.
Expanding Alston & Bird’s white collar litigation, government and internal investigations efficiencies will be among Zweiback’s duties in the firm’s California office. At Arent Fox, he counseled U.S. companies on a variety of cybersecurity and privacy issues, including cloud computing data security, data aggregation web crawling.
