Alston & Bird Brings On Antitrust Partner Murach in Brussels

Jens-Olrik Murach has joined Alston & Bird as a partner with the antitrust team in Brussels, the firm said Wednesday.

Murach, who joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, advises on merger control, foreign direct investment, and foreign subsidies matters in addition to antitrust investigations before the European Commission, according to Alston & Bird.

He has experience assisting clients with the European regulatory environment and works on related litigation and compliance matters, said the firm.
