Steven Krivinskas and Marcus Lovatt joined Alston & Bird as partners in its structured and warehouse finance team in London, the firm announced Thursday.
Krivinskas counsels global credit funds, banks, and corporations on structured credit, portfolio sales, and securitizations involving consumer, student, commercial, and residential mortgage assets. He also advises on cross-border funding structures integrating the US and European markets.
Lovatt represents specialist lenders, banks, and asset managers on a wide range of public and private securitizations, asset-backed financing structures, structured products, and derivative transactions.
