Michael C. Hefter, Seth M. Cohen, and Ryan Philp have joined Alston & Bird as partners in the litigation and trial practice group in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
The group has experience with corporate governance disputes, mergers and acquisition litigation, shareholder class and derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation, and business torts, according to Alston & Bird.
They maintain active trial practices with clients in the energy, health care, private equity and hedge funds, media and telecommunications, and technology sectors, said the firm.
The trio joins from Hogan Lovells.
